Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is a team? A team consists of one dog and their handler (owner).

2. Who comes with a dog? Each dog is always accompanied by their handler, who is also the dog's owner. We believe owners know their dogs best and can advocate for their well-being.

3. How long is an event? Event duration depends on the number of participants. Our Wellness Manager will help determine the right number of teams for your event.

4. What about bathroom breaks for the dogs? Handlers are attentive to their dogs' needs and will identify a suitable area before entering your space. Most teams can go several hours without needing a break.

5. Can we feed the dogs? We prefer that dogs are not fed on-site.

6. Can I take the dog from the handler? Unfortunately, no. For insurance and safety reasons, handlers must remain in control of their dogs at all times.

7. How much space is required? Our Wellness Manager will help determine the appropriate amount of space for your event.

8. Can events be held outdoors? Yes! However, during hot summer months, we prefer to avoid concrete surfaces. If tenting or shade is needed, it is the client's responsibility to provide it.

9. How many dogs are needed for a great event? Our Wellness Manager will assist in determining the ideal number of dogs for your event.
